Start with your written question. If you’d like to send a video too, include an unlisted YouTube link. Aim for 25 seconds and keep it to 30 seconds or less.
How to upload and share your video
- Sign in to YouTube with your Google account. If prompted, follow the steps to create a channel.
- Upload your clip. On a phone: open the YouTube app, tap + (Create), then Video, choose your clip and tap Next. On a computer: open YouTube Studio, click Create, then Upload videos, and choose your clip.
- Add a title and complete the audience questions. Before finishing, set Visibility to Unlisted, then save or upload. A Private video may not be viewable by our team.
- Wait for the upload and processing to finish. Open the video, select Share, then Copy link.
- Return to the form below and paste the link into “Optional unlisted YouTube video link.”
Anyone with an unlisted link can watch and reshare the video. Unlisted does not mean private. YouTube may label a short vertical video a Short; an unlisted Shorts link works too.
