Ladies, get yourself a burner cell phone. If you’re dating, you need two phones. The guy you meet at the club—give him your burner number. When you find out he’s crazy, throw the whole phone away and buy another one. This saves you a lot trouble in the long run.
I was going to give up and walk away from this business and never look back. A lot of you know my story, I was homeless and living out of a car for three years before I got my first break. It’s really important that you hear this message, I know that a lot of you are experiencing “turn back” moments and you need to push forward. God has something for you, it’s not the time to turn back. Now is the time to keep pushing.

½ lb wild Alaskan salmon fillet
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1ea red bell pepper, julienne
1/4lb brussel sprouts, halved
1ea zucchini, sliced in rounds
1 cup cauliflower, florets
1ea carrot, peeled and sliced
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
To prepare, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rub sesame oil all over fish and season with salt. Set aside. Toss vegetables in bowl with oil, salt, herbs and garlic powder. Place in single layer on lined sheet tray and roast in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until caramelized. Pull from oven and set aside. Add salmon to oven and roast for 3-5 minutes until cooked medium with light pink in the middle. To assemble, spoon nori dynamite sauce (see sub recipe) on plate. Spoon vegetables on plate and top with salmon. Serve immediately.

Nori Dynamite
500g mayonnaise
75g rice vinegar
12g nori (5 sheets)
70g sugar
90g sambal oelek
25g sesame oil
45g soy sauce
Blend all ingredients in Vitamix.
Makes 1qt.

I told God If he let me make it in this business, I’d tell everybody about his greatness and that’s what I’m doing right now. You can change the direction in your life, you have a determining voice in how your life goes. Watch how I used the “dirt” that happens in life to fertilize my dreams. You have to have dirt on you to grow into what God has for you.
I sent the couple to Harold and Belle’s in my new Rolls Royce with my driver Cliff. I called Cliff while they were on the way he said they were in the back turning on laptops, pushing buttons, face-timing everyone in their family and drinking up the scotch! Watch what happened on their date, this was funny.
