I am 65 years old. I was adopted. My adopted mother died in 1985 and she has no headstone. Everytime I try to get her one something comes up with the funds. My t. Harvey can you you help me get my mother he a headstone because I don’t know where she is bury at the cemetery. That you so much

Steve, I’m sure you won’t get this like all other celebrities. But I find you Missy inspirational. I know you had a tough life. My life was tough as week. Growing up we were very poor as well as when I was raising my kids. Step forward to now. I am 50 yrs old, kids grown in their 30s but I feel like a loser. I was a good mom hard worker. But nowI’m disabled with epilepsy, Jeavons syndome, MDD, PTSD from rape, beatngs, etc. I’ve been with a good man for nearly 7 years now but I feel my life is going nowhere. Not tellng him but I love him but nothing else is there. In not happy. I don’t know why I’m even here on this earth anymore. What plan does God have for me? I wake up to the same thing every day. I gave no independence due to my illness. I can’t drive anymore, can’t have a normal life because my absence seizure are almost a daily thing. I’m just here. Depressed I don’t go anywhere cause he works. I have no friends cause I’m in Texas and my family in Ky. I’ve wanted to go to California since I was aid. I’ve wanted to be a “minute start” since I was 8 lol. I’ve been so poor I only has 10 channels for most of my adult life until I finally got cable in 2001. I just know you always make me laugh. And I ALWAYS WAS THE LIFE OF EVERY PARTY UNTIL I WAS TOLD I COULDN’T WORK OR DRIVE ANYMORE THEN I FELT MY LIFE WAS GONE AND NOW I FEEL HOPELESS. I JUST NEED SOMEONE…MY INSPIRATIO..YOU TO SAY SOMETHING UPLIFTING TO ME. LIFE IS TOO SHORT. IVE ALREADY HAD SEIZURES, GENERALIZED EPILEPSY SINCE I WAS 8 YRS OLD & IT IS DRUG RESISTANT SO I HAD SURGERY WHICH HASN’T HELPED SO NOW I’M TOLD I HAVE TOO LIVE THE REMAINDER OF MY LIFE WITH IT. 42 YRS OF MISERY. I JUST DON’T WANT TO KEEP GOING ON LIKE THIS. THERE HAS TO BE A REASON IM HERE. GOD HAS TO HAVE A PLAN FOR ME. I WANNA LAUGH AGAIN. I WANNA TRAVEL SO I CAN SEE OTHER STATES…MEET NEW PEOPLE. WELL I HOPE YOU GET THIS MESSAGE AND CAN INSPIRE ME WITH YOUR BEAUTIFUL WORDS OF WISDOM.

Thank you Steve for sending this message out and using your example! I always thought… why no one helped you those learning days… It was because you did not want to ask for help guilt and shame…until after you learned its OK to ask for help.
The scriptures does say if some one ask for help you should help. ex ask for coat etc and you got two give up one etc…
Please continue to send this message out!. As you stated, in your book “There is no self made man..”.
This wrong thinking is still being taught among some.. as you mentioned, we in our communities also have the Oprah’s , Magic and leaders that’s out there willing to give knowledge…paying it back! also You…Steve and Marjorie Harvey ..lol

Good advice 👍 I know the experience I have where I live, is finding people who want to help you.
I have defiantly been inspired listening to your motivational teachings Mr Harvey, and agree with everything you’re saying here. But, my Military Career taught me one thing and that was, “If you’re going to lead, lead from the front, and your Soldiers will follow.” 1). Tenacity 2). Talent have been checked off but, 3). Timing, plays a major role when it comes to getting things done and I still stick with that fundimental teaching that was instilled in me in the Army so I can’t ask anyone for help until I’m ready to lead from the front when it comes to my Dreams.
Lasting, I’m going to have to get your book, to get a deeper understanding.
