Listening to a comment how a teacher basically told you you wouldn’t reach your goal. I grew up in the South Bronx and was told by my high school guidance counselor that I should quit high school and go work for a factory and mind you I was in a ” college bound program “. I served my country, college degree, just retired now a year as a Surgical Assistant which entails assisting surgeons with whatever surgery. Before the pandemic started doing my Love Musical Theater and started doing opera to. So I do understand being a Puerto Rican from the South Bronx them trying to give negative vibes. Thank you for not believing them.
