Achievement

When God elevates you, it’s going to change how you move, how you speak, and how you see things.

Growth requires separation. Elevation requires discernment.

Continuing right on pace. Here is Day 5, same Steve Harvey tone, same authority, same faith-driven flow.

DAY 5

Stop Apologizing for Obeying God

Let me free somebody today.

You don’t owe anyone an apology for choosing purpose over comfort.

Somewhere along the way, people start expecting you to stay the same so they can feel comfortable. And when you begin to grow, shift, or move differently, they act like you did something wrong.

You didn’t.

You obeyed.

When God elevates you, it’s going to change how you move, how you speak, and how you see things. That ain’t arrogance—that’s alignment. And alignment will always make people who benefited from the old version of you uncomfortable.

But let me tell you this clearly:
You are not required to explain obedience to people who weren’t part of the instruction.

God didn’t call a committee meeting when He gave you your assignment. He spoke to you. And when you answered that call, some folks didn’t understand—not because you were wrong, but because they weren’t meant to go where you’re going.

And that’s okay.

Growth requires separation. Elevation requires discernment. And sometimes obedience requires distance.

You didn’t change because you think you’re better.
You changed because God called you higher.

Stop shrinking to keep the peace.
Stop apologizing for evolving.
Stop carrying guilt for growth God approved.

If they don’t understand it, pray for them—but keep moving.

Because every level has a cost, and one of the costs of obedience is being misunderstood.

But here’s the good news: God will always validate what He initiated. And the same people questioning you now will eventually see the fruit and understand later.

Or they won’t—and that’s still okay.

Your assignment is obedience, not explanation.

So today, walk boldly. Stand firmly. And say it without guilt, shame, or hesitation:

I didn’t change.
I obeyed.
I’m on whatever God on.
