Not only has she trained celebrities such as Carrie Underwood, Steve Harvey and Vivica Fox, but she also has a Bachelor Degree in Business, a Master Degree in Organizational Development, a Master Degree in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Natural Medicine.
In addition to her accomplished fitness TV and DVD career, Ms. Ahmad is also a published author, creator of her own nutrition App and Health Supplement line, a motivational speaker, Wellness Consultant, Youth Advocate, and a professional dancer with the legendary Isley Brothers.
