Feelings Change. God Don’t.

Feelings are unreliable

Let me tell you something that’ll steady you when life starts shaking.

Feelings are unreliable.

One day you feel strong. The next day you feel unsure. One day you confident. The next day you questioning everything. And if you build your faith on how you feel, you’ll quit every time emotions shift.

Faith was never meant to be emotional.
Faith was meant to be intentional.

God doesn’t change based on your mood. His promises don’t expire because you’re tired. His word doesn’t lose power because you’re discouraged.

Your feelings might say, “This ain’t working.”
But God says, “I’m still faithful.”

Your feelings might say, “I’m behind.”
But God says, “I’m right on time.”

That’s why you can’t let your emotions lead your obedience. Feelings will talk you out of what God already confirmed. They’ll make you forget the prayers you prayed when you were desperate. They’ll make you doubt the direction God gave you when you were clear.

And let me be real—there will be days when faith is the only thing holding you up. No motivation. No excitement. No reassurance. Just trust.

That’s not weakness.
That’s maturity.

Real faith shows up when feelings don’t. It keeps walking when emotions say stop. It stays obedient when comfort is gone.

God is not asking you how you feel today. He’s asking you if you trust Him.

So when your feelings start acting funny, go back to what God already said. Anchor yourself in His word. Remind yourself of the calling. Revisit the promise.

Because feelings change.
God don’t.

And today’s declaration is this:

I won’t let emotions override obedience.
I won’t let feelings cancel faith.
I trust God even when I don’t feel it.
I’m on whatever God on.
