If you are struggling and looking for a way out and you’re a little lost. God is in the forgiving business. God is in the get your life together business. God is in the make your dreams come true business. God is in the accept you as you are business.
We all fall short when it comes to perfection. Form a relationship with God, just the way you are. God will take you just the way you are. That’s grace, God’s unmerited favor.
You can’t be afraid to reinvent yourself. Every 10 years I do something different, I flip the script some kind of way. You’re going to have to flip the script in 2020. God has given me a life far beyond anything I’ve ever dreamed about. He can do the same for you, just ask him for it.
Here’s a look at my decade. Just remember if you make a mistake, get up and keep going. Write your visions and “Jump” in 2020. There’s so much more waiting for you in life!
God is the provider of everything. If it wasn’t for my faith, I wouldn’t be standing here today and I’m a hood cat. If you don’t have the strength, God has it. Ask him for it. A pastor once told me “Joy and Depression can not reside in the same space.” I was at my worst and these words brought me back.

The best things in life are on the other side of fear. How do you overcome fear? DREAM BIGGER!! Read that again. Stop thinking that your life is over because you’re a certain age or you aren’t where you want to be in life. You’re never going to get where you want to be in life if you give up. God’s will is that you prosper. God is able to bless you abundantly.
Most people don’t have what they want because it isn’t written down. Habakkuk 2:2 says “Write the vision and make it plain.” But remember, “FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD.” After you’ve written down what you want. DO THE WORK.
In 1991 I was sleeping in my car, I had $35 to my name, everything I had could fit into two bags. I started talking to God about my dreams… Fast forward, out of nowhere I get a call from the Apollo asking me to come on the show. That same night I met D.L. Hughley, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and Jamie Foxx for the first time. We were all comedians that went on that night. This is my Apollo story and how I became the host. This was my turnback moment.
Everybody has a turn back a moment, it’s the moment you can either go forward or give everything up. There’s one guarantee if you give up it will never happen. Faith is everything, God is always on time, he’s never too late.
